Zelienople Senior Center Fails Health Inspection

Meals aren't allowed to be served at the facility anymore.

The Zelienople Senior Center on the LAS Passavant Retirement Community campus failed a state inspection for not have a permanent sink for hand washing, according to the Cranberry Eagle.

The center had reportedly been using a temporary hand washing station.

The Butler County Area Agency on Aging will no longer be allowed to serve meals at the senior center and participants will have to take a free BART bus service to get lunch at the Cranberry Senior Center or the Evans City Senior Center starting July 1, according to the newspaper.
