Ordered mother of bride dress in January and told it would arrive in New York mid February and I would recieve it a couple of days later. Paid in full to place order. Owner knew wedding was not until May. Multitude of phone calls made by me and my husband and personally visiting the shop to request a refund. Dress arrived 3 days before wedding and looked like a rag. Promised it would be beautiful after alterations. Still looked like a knock off. If you can walk out of the store with your purchase visit this shop because there are cute dresses there and there are no places in Zelienople to shop. But NEVER order anything.

We are not responseable for shipping dates orders could take up to 20 weeks to get in. So, plan early when ordering. delays can happen for many reasons.... natural disasters have been the biggest cause for most delays. We do not carry knock off dresses, so bewear if ording off line you do not always get what you paid for. Because of this many consumers are getting ripped off.
