It seems like there is a special day for just about everything these days—and the donut is no exception. National Donut Day is Friday. In honor of the big day, donut shops across the nation—including the Dunkin Donuts in Cranberry—are handing out free donuts to customers. To get a free donut at Dunkin Donuts you did need to purchase a hot or cold beverage—and you may want to do this early in the day. According to the company’s Behind the Beans blog, stores will hand out one free donut of your choice, but only while supplies last.
