Seneca Valley Baseball Players Sign Letters of Intent
Sam Fragale and Zach Spangler will play college ball for Kent State and Virginia Tech.
Two Seneca Valley varsity baseball players are on their way to becoming college athletes. Earlier in November, senior Zach Spangler signed a letter of intent to play ball for Kent State in Ohio. Fellow ball player Sam Fragale also signed a letter of intent with Virginia Tech in Virginia. A starter on the Seneca Valley team since he was a freshman, Fragale is a short stop. Baseball Coach Eric Semega describes him a staple both offensively and defensively for the team. “He is a great kid and has a tremendous work ethic,” he said.
