Watch It: Brett Keisel “Shears Da Beard” for Charity

Cheered on by fans, celebrity "shearers" clipped the Steelers defensive end's famous facial hair to benefit the cancer program at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC. Check out the videos of some of the action NOT seen on TV.

Steelers’ Keisel to ‘Shear Da Beard’ at Jergel’s Rhythm Grille

The defensive end will shave off his famous facial hair to benefit the cancer program at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh UPMC.

And residents won't have to travel far to see it. This year’s event takes place at Jergel’s Rhythm Grille in Warrendale on Thursday, Feb. 7. Doors open at 6 p.m., and the beard shaving takes place at 7 p.m. Pittsburgh legend Donnie Iris and former Poverty Neck Hillbilly Chris Higbee are both scheduled to perform at the event. Keisel also recently hinted on air with the WDVE morning team that…
