Seneca Valley Apparel Could Be Sold Soon At Dick’s Sporting Goods

Officials approve a licensing agreement with LRG Prep LLC that provides the district with a 50 percent royalty fee.

Move over Steelers and Penguins, Raiders merchandise could soon be stocking the shelves at Dick’s Sporting Goods stores. At Monday’s school board meeting, officials unanimously approved a one-year contract with licensing group LRG Prep LLC to sell Seneca Valley trademarked apparel in regional and national retail stores, including Dick’s Sporting Goods. Seneca Valley would receive a 50 percent royalty fee on the merchandise sold, according to the district. There is no cost to Seneca Valley in the agreement. “I am an advocate of this group,” said athletic director Heather Lewis, who said she previously worked with LRG at the collegiate level.
