In each episode, two professional interior designers take over two newly built houses with mirror-image floor plans. Area residents who attended the Cranberry taping of HGTV's Showhouse Showdown can see if they appear on TV in March. About five episodes of Showhouse Showdown have aired on TV. Cranberry's episode was the eighth to be filmed and was expected to air in October. Due to competition during the Monday night television lineup late last year, HGTV postponed airing the series.
