Myoma Road Shut Down for Three Hours After Two-Car Collision
Two people were transported to the hospital with injuries.
Myoma Road in Adams Township reopened late Tuesday afternoon after being closed for nearly three hours because of a two-car collision. One of the vehicles was on fire when first responders arrived about 2 p.m., an Adams Area Fire District official said. Capt. Talo Capuzzi said the drivers of both vehicles, a Nissan and Chrysler, were taken to the hospital by ambulance with injuries. He did not know the extent of the injuries. Myoma Road was closed between Peters Road and Mars-Crider Road until about 4:50 p.m. Tuesday. Check back with Cranberry Patch for updates. This intersection is dangerous. I have contacted Penn DOT, Adams Twp, and Metcalfe over the last two years but none of them are willing to do anything about it.   more ›
