Cranberry Gyms are Ready for the New Year Crowd
Local health club owners hope township residents will stick with their fitness resolutions in 2011.
With the birth of each new year, one of the most popular New Year's resolutions is to get in shape or to lose weight. This year, employees at Cranberry Township's many fitness centers say they are ready to help their new members change their lives for the better — provided they have the dedication to stick with it. "We definitely see an increase in membership with everyone making resolutions," said Lorry Staub, owner of Snap Fitness on Graham Park Drive.
