Franklin Park police are warning residents that a series of daylight burglaries have been taking place in the area. According to the police department website, there have been four break-ins since Nov. 12. All of them occurred during the day. Nebo road, police said a family returning from vacation found thousands of dollars of jewelry missing. "For anyone it's traumatic when their home is broken into," Franklin Park Police Chief Don Dorsch told WPXI-TV. "They're getting in quickly by forcibly entering the homes.
