What Kind of Revitalization Would You Like to See on Zelienople's Main Street?
Landscape architects EG&G and members of the borough's revitalization committee will meet with the public tonight to gather feedback on design concepts to improve the borough's downtown.
If you’ve got something to say about revitalization efforts on Zelienople’s Main Street, tonight is a chance to have your voice hear. Planning consultants from EG&G, Inc. will show initial plans for the revamped Main Street at 7 p.m. Thursday at The Strand Theater in Zelienople. The plans also include the Four Corners Park, Clay and High streets, according to Alicia Flood, secretary for the Zelienople-Harmony Friends of the Park. The public is welcome to give feedback during the meeting and to join the revitalization effort. Formed by business leaders and residents, the nonprofit Zelienople, PA Revitalization was created last year to discuss concerns about the borough’s aging downtown and lack of business traffic, according to the …
