The Seneca Valley High School girls basketball team arrived in Orlando, Fla., Sunday morning and competes in the KSA Holiday Basketball Tournament at Walt Disney World through Dec. 31. This is the third in a series of reports in which the girls share their Disney experience. THE DISNEY DIARY: Day Three From Julia Vandrak, Junior Guard FAVORITE EXPERIENCE SO FAR: " Last night, I saw the show Fantasmic, and it was great. Disney just does it over the top all the time and you can really tell you're in Disney World. It's a special place. There's no other place like this. This is the second in a series of reports. TUESDAY'S REPORT: The Raiders varsity (2-4) took a day off from basketball to check out the local attractions at Disney's theme parks. The Seneca Valley junior varsity team lost to Sullivan Central (Tenn.), 46-38. WEDNESDAY'S SCHEDULE: The Seneca Valley jayvees return to action at 7:15 a.m. against Sentra (Neb.). I would like to thank Coach Lombardo and Coach Gerlach for all they did to arrange this trip for our girls. It was a truly wonderful experience for the girls and the team bonding was priceless!
