An Anthony’s Coal-Fired Pizza could be in the works for the Cranberry Crossroads shopping complex on Route 228. The restaurant, which features “well-done” pizzas, wings and other Italian dished cooked on an 800-degree coal burning oven, would be located in Cranberry Crossroads West, a new phase of the development that Cranberry Planning Commission officials are expected to review at their next meeting at 5:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 25.
