Get your forks and knives—and your stomach—ready. Pittsburgh Restaurant Week 2013 is underway and there are several Cranberry area eateries taking part in it. River City Grill, located inside Cranberry's Pittsburgh Marriott North hotel on Route 228, is offering a $35 three-course fixed price meal. Tamari's Warrendale location will offer a $20.13 fixed price meal featuring the Asian-Latin fusion restaurant's Angry Lobster specialty maki and a tempura lobster with spicy scallops and fried leeks. Also offering a fixed $20.13 menu is Burgh'ers in Harmony. The restaurant will feature a shared appetizer and burgers for two, including your choice of fries or a salad. The restaurant is celebrating the opening of its new location in Harmony.
The results are in, and readers have voted Burgh’ers in Harmony as their favorite burger joint in the Cranberry Patch “Favorite Things” poll. Fiore Moletz, who opened Burgh’ers in 2010 after a decade of working in high-end restaurants, said he is thrilled to learn residents touted his restaurant in their reviews for Patch’s survey. “It makes you feel really good,” he said of the positive feedback. The honor comes just as Burgher’s celebrates its new location. Our inaugural Favorite Things contest kicks off this week with burgers on our mind. Who's serving up the best burger in town? Two that come to mind are BRGR in Cranberry and Burgh'ers in Harmony. But what do you think? Who do you nominate in town for making the best burgers?
