Worst customer service I ever experienced in my life. They installed my pool more than two feet from my deck and did not use enough sand underneath and the metal supports (buttresses) are protruding through and ready to rip the liner. Swimming Pool Discounters refuses to do anything about it and is definately not being nice at all. Before you decide to buy from them take a look at the Better Business Bureau report on them www.bbb.org.

After multiple problems with my pool purchased from this store, I found this stores customer service lacking of skills to deal with customers or pools. They were completely rude, uncaring and showed lack of compasion. They clearly only care about the sale and nothing of what happens after. I would advise everyone to go somewhere else for all of their pool needs, so you don't end up with a pool your family can't swim in!!!
