Sorry to say but, this place is just awful! The management is far-far from being kind-instead there is just rude attitude for every single thing. Its next to impossible to get anything fixed or worked on and if you do, you are blamed for it and only after you pester management for several weeks! When you move out they-as others mentioned (on other rental review sites), try to wring your security deposit out of you by charging you for everything under the sun-even when there is NOT a problem. Side money making scheme...?? Hmm...I wonder! While the houses may look nice from the outside, the location is wooded and rural, the homes are definitely falling apart. Its a ridiculous place. Save yourself the hassle, the stress and the resulting ulcers by going elsewhere!
