I love this place. The classes are varied and good for all fitness levels. The instructors will modify the moves if you have knee problems (like me), are pregnant, or just need to tone it down a notch. I've found the instructors and the clientele to be very friendly and have made many new friends here. They don't charge extra for cycling, yoga, or anything else and you can pay by the month or a drop in fee.
