Horrible Service. Had to follow up 4 times or more on a service call for our hot tub. Same ole song and dance each time. We have you on the schedule and should be out this week. Left a message for them on Friday morning asking when they would be here and despite being open Friday and all weekend. no follow up until I called again Monday afternoon. I was then told they would be here Tuesday or Wednesday, most likely Tuesday. Called at 5 pm Wednesday just to be told that they could not get here yet and it would be a few more days. That was enough for me ... Stay away from these folks unless you have nothing better to do except sit around and wait for them not to show.

Spa Service in the dead of winter. It's 20 degrees outside my tub doesn't work. I could not find anyone to service us except for Alpine Pools. Service guy John came out replaced heater in our spa and had us up and running that day. Seems relieable, pricing was good, promt. We will call back.
