These Three Places Are Cool Right Now

Where to take your family to beat the heat in Cranberry.

With a heat index in the mid-to-upper 90s, it's smart to take your family to a cool place.

Here are three local spots to beat the heat:

1. Cranberry Community Waterpark:
Located at 450 North Boundary Park Dr., the waterpark is open from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Cool off in the pool, under an umbrella or with an ice cream treat from the concession stand. If you don't have a membership, daily admission is $7 for Cranberry residents and $9 for non-residents.

2. Cranberry Public Library:
Stop by the air-conditioned library to browse some books. Plus, it's Crafty Friday for kids from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on July 19!

3. Fun Fore All:
Let the kids have fun inside at Ballocity at Fun Fore All. A day pass is $5.
