Community Celebrates Fourth of July in Zelienople

Hundreds of people gathered for the parade and activities in the park.

Hundreds of people lined Main Street in Zelienople Thursday for the borough’s annual parade.

The march featured fire trucks from local companies, including Cranberry, Harmony and Zelienople, a twirler, numerous tractors and a performance by the Rex Arts performing arts students.

After the parade, everyone headed to Zelienople Community Park for the “Celebration in the Park” featuring food, games and more.

Prior to the night’s fireworks, the North Pittsburgh Philharmonic Orchestra performed a free concert in the park.
