COME EVERYONE! At St.
Ferdinand Church there is something for everyone! The following are
upcoming, can’t miss, events:
January 7 – Snacking for Better
You are invited for a second session on Tuesday, January 7 of MOTIVATION and INSPIRATION with SNACKING to start off the New Year! We have invited Kathy Parry back to St. Ferdinand to do a presentation on healthy snacking.
We all shove our hands in bags and stare aimlessly into the refrigerator. Snacking is an American pastime. Learn why you snack, how to control it and what snacks are best for promoting health. This session offers a lot of fun facts about our habits and a look into the snack food industry. Kathy is a dynamic, yet down to earth speaker. Her compelling message clearly conveys how our food affects our health. We welcome all for a healthy start to the New Year. Please contact Barb McCarthy at 724.776.1357 if you have any questions; no reservation required.
January 19 – Sunday Breakfast:
The SUNDAY BREAKFAST on January 19, 2014 will feature banana pancakes with the regular menu. Come out of the wintry cold! Enjoy the best breakfast and best bargain in Cranberry Twp! St. Ferdinand Church is a large, vibrant parish that continues a tradition of serving God's people with the warmth of a small parish. Inspired by the Holy Spirit, we prayerfully seek to serve God by the way we worship, celebrate the sacraments, witness to the Gospel, and serve one another. We are committed to live our Christian life as a community of hospitality, spiritual enrichment, and service through works of compassion, mercy, and evangelization. We are called to proclaim, teach and model the Good News of Jesus Christ. We pledge our time, talent, and treasures for the fulfillment of our parish and community missions.
