SV Head Football Coach Don Holl to Speak About Kids Playing Multiple Sports

Children can benefit more from playing multiple sports than from concentrating on a single sport. This is the topic that Seneca Valley Raiders Head Football Coach Don Holl will discuss on Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. at Revolution Physical Therapy in Cranberry Township. Coach Holl will also talk about long term athletic development, when to begin specializing in a sport, and the advantages of multi-sport training. The seminar is open to the public and parents and young athletes are encouraged to attend. The seminar will include plenty of time for questions and answers with the coach. The event is part of Revolution’s free community education speaker series on wellness and healthy living and will be held at Revolution’s new facilities at 8001 Rowan Road (corner of Rt. 19 and Rowan Road in the former Safari Sam's/McKinney Furniture space) in Cranberry Township.

Revolution Physical Therapy is a licensed physical therapy clinic offering a fusion of physical therapy, nutrition, fitness, and sports performance. For more information about physical therapy or sports training, or to RSVP for Coach Holl’s presentation, please contact Revolution at (724) 591-8005 or info@revolutionphysicaltherapy.com.
