I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. THEY WANT YOUR MONEY AT EVERY TURN. THEY WANT YOU TO COME IN FOR VISITS WHEN YOU WERE JUST THERE, THEY CAN'T ANSWER ANYTHING OVER PHONE OR REFILL A SCRIPT FOR A PROBLEM THAT'S BEEN GOING ON FOR YEARS... THEY "NEED" YOUR PET TO COME IN TO BE SEEN EVEN THOUGH HE WAS JUST THERE 1 MONTH AGO.... THEY ARE A SCAM AND I AM TAKING MY PET ELSEWHERE!
