The boys met last fall while playing in the North Pittsburgh Wildcats ice hockey league. They soon realized they all play instruments and decide to form a band.

Less than one year later (and with help from Backstage Guitars in Wexford), they formed Shift Change. They have since played numerous gigs in and around the area, including at the Hard Rock Cafe in Pittsburgh on three different occasions.
