Seneca Valley to Host Testing, Physicals for Winter Sports

Here's what you need to know about the forms and fees.

Seneca Valley will hold baseline concussion testing, drug testing and winter sports physicals for students in grades 7-12, beginning at 2:30 p.m. Nov. 1, at the senior high school.

For drug testing, students must bring a completed Seneca Valley Parental/Guardian/Custodian Drug Testing Consent Form, which is available in the athletic office or at www.svsd.net. The $28 fee may be paid in cash or a check payable to S.V.S.D.

For sports physicals, athletes must submit a PIAA Comprehensive Physical Form.

Sections 1-5 must be completed by a parent or guardian and the doctor will sign section 6. The $15 fee may be paid in cash or a check payable to SVSD. Forms are available online at www.svsd.net under the Athletics tab or in the Athletic Office.
