Seneca Valley to Hold Sports Physicals, Testing

The tests only are required once per school year.

Seneca Valley will hold baseline concussion testing, drug testing and spring sports physicals for students in grades 7-12 immediately after school Jan. 31 and Feb. 28 in the senior high school. 

Only one initial drug test, baseline concussion test, and physical are required per school year.

For drug testing, students must bring a completed Seneca Valley Parental/Guardian/Custodian Drug Testing consent form, which is available in the office or at www.svsd.net.

The $28 fee may be paid in cash or a check payable to S.V.S.D.

For sports physicals, athletes are to submit a PIAA Comprehensive Physical Form. A parent or guardian must complete sections one through five and the doctor will sign section six.

The $15 fee may be paid in cash or a check payable to S.V.S.D.  Forms are available online at www.svsd.net under the athletics tab or in the athletic office.
