Seneca Valley's Hailie Sandor Signs Letter of Intent to Attend Edinboro

The senior receives a scholarship to play lacrosse at the Division II school.

Seneca Valley senior Hailie Sandor signed a letter of intent Thursday to play lacrosse for Edinboro University, a Division II school for the sport.

The daughter of Michael and Beverly Sandor of Evans City, Sandor plays goalie for the Seneca Valley girls lacrosse team and for Pittsburgh Select Lacrosse.

A lacrosse service specialist at the new Dick’s Sporting Goods store on Route 228 in Cranberry, Sandor has been playing the sport for five years. She also was a member of the 2012 Seneca Valley homecoming court.

Sandor said she plans to major in business management and administration at Edinboro.

The National Letter of Intent is an agreement between a prospective student-athlete and an NLI member institution. The student agrees to attend the institution and the institution agrees to provide athletics financial aid.
