Seneca Valley Approves Security Upgrades at Secondary Campus

The captured entrances already installed at Seneca Valley elementary schools will soon be in all the school district's buildings.

The school board approved contracts Monday night for the captured entrance construction at the middle school, intermediate high school and senior high school, according to the Post-Gazette.

Captured entrances route visitors to the office before entering the main building where students are.

The cost will be $115,400, according to the report. Construction will begin in August and is expected to be completed by early November.
