'Santa's Helpers' Visit Sherwood Oaks Retirement Community

Kindergartners from Rowan Elementary sang and recited poetry for the retirees on Tuesday.

Residents at the on Tuesday got a visit from what surely are some of Santa’s cutest little helpers.

Dressed as elves, kindergarteners from traveled to the retirement home in Cranberry to present their annual holiday program, which included Christmas poems and songs. 

Teachers Lucy Balzer, Michelle Follett and Jana Greco practiced with kindergarteners from the afternoon classes several weeks before the performance.

Rowan students have been visiting the Sherwood Oaks community for 25 years.
