Raiders Come Up Short Against Tigers, 49-28

In a game dominated by offense, Seneca Valley can't match North Allegheny's prolific attack.

The  numbers just didn't add up for  North Allegheny Tigers at NexTier Stadium.

The Raiders came out gunning as Forrest Barnes made a 57-yard run for a touchdown in the second play of the game. With Michael Denny's extra point, Seneca Valley was up 7-0. That would be the last time the Raiders would be in the lead. North Allegheny scored the next 28 points of the game.

SV's next score came with 1:46 left in the half when receiver Ryan Conn made a catch on a 31-yard pass by quarterback Jordan Brown. The Tigers would log one more successful series. The score at the half was 28-14.

SV's Barnes would score again in the second half. Three minutes into the fourth quarter, an interception by Gabe Edwards would lead to a Raiders touchdown by David Hall. NA countered with two touchdown drives.
