La Roche College and the Sisters of Divine Providence will host the much-anticipated Festival of Lights on Friday Dec. 7. Equitable Gas sponsors the community wide event, open to everyone.
Families have been coming from all around the Pittsburgh region for the past 16 years to celebrate this annual transition into winter and the holiday season.
The festival begins at 3 p.m. with a craft show, featuring a variety of vendors and artists, in the Zappala College Center. There are activities for children, including crafts, games, and a visit from Santa in the Kerr Fitness & Sports Center.
