Seneca Valley to Hold Spring Physicals, Drug Testing

Spring sports physicals and drug testing will be offered to Seneca Valley students in grades 7-12 at 2:30 p.m. on February 3 and again on March 3 in the senior high school. 

Students taking the drug test must bring a completed Seneca Valley Parental/Guardian/Custodian Drug Testing Consent Form which is available in the office or at www.svsd.net/athletics/sports-info. The $27 fee may be paid in cash or a check payable to SVSD.

Athletes interested in the sports physical are to submit a PIAA Comprehensive Physical Form. Sections 1, 2 and 3 must be completed by a parent or guardian and the doctor will sign section 4. The $15 fee may be paid in cash or a check payable to SVSD. Forms are available on the internet at www.svsd.net/athetics or in the athletic office.
