northern Pittsburgh Family Retreat - "Exercising Ourselves in the Knowledge of Scripture"

If you were unable to register to stay at the hotel with us, you are still able to join us for the speeches free both days.

Friday,  October 5th: 7:00pm ~ Friday night we invite young and old alike to hear a speech given by Rev. James Slopsema of First Protestant Reformed Church, in Grand Rapids, MI. titled  ”Things Hidden and Things Revealed.” This speech will address the truth that there are certain things of God and His Ways that He has not chosen to reveal to us.

Saturday, October 6th: 10:30 am ~ Rev. Bill Bruinsma will give a speech titled “How Much Knowledge of Scripture Is Enough?” This speech will focus on what is necessary to know of those things God has revealed to us. Is the simple knowledge that Christ died for our sins enough?

After each speech time will be allotted to discuss these subjects with one another. We hope there will also be enough free time to talk informally with each other about our concerns and joys as fellow believers.

We’ve removed the ability to reply as we work to make improvements. Learn more here
