Maple Sap to Maple Syrup

Explore the art, science and history of our nation’s oldest industry. Discover how sap taken from a maple tree becomes syrup on the breakfast table at Jennings Environmental Education Center on Sunday, March 27 at 2:00 p.m.  This annual program is open to the public and no registration is required.

The day begins with an indoor presentation followed by a guided outdoor walk featuring a working evaporator and a taste of spring itself, real maple syrup.
