How to Stay Young: Your First 100 Years

Revolution Physical Therapy welcomes Dr. Gina Agostino who will present a seminar entitled “How to stay young: your first hundred years” on Thursday, May 17, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. The event is part of Revolution Physical Therapy’s FREE community education speaker series on wellness and healthy living. The monthly seminars are open to the public and are held at Revolution’s facilities at 20630 Route 19, Suite 102, in Cranberry Township.

Presented by a different expert each month, the seminars cover a variety of topics appropriate for men, women and children of all ages. Topics include healthy eating and goal setting, exercise and chronic disease, arthritis, prenatal exercise, sports training and much more.

Dr. Agostino is one of the owners of Complete Chiropractic Health in Cranberry Township and is a frequent speaker in the community on healthy living. She will talk about how chiropractic can help improve quality of life and some common misconceptions most people have about the chiropractic profession.
