DiscoverE Summer Programs at Jenning

Jennings Environmental Education Center will host a series of programs for children this summer.  These hands-on, learning experiences will introduce children to fun and healthy outdoor activities and instill an appreciation for the natural world.   All children will receive a certificate and other great materials upon completion of the series.  Registration begins May 2 and can be done by contacting the Center at (724)-794-6011. 

Three age-specific programs will be offered:

Hide-N-Seekers Explorers  Ages: 4-5
Dates: Each Tuesday- June 21- July 19
Times: AM- 10:00-11:30  or  PM- 1:00-2:30
Cost: $2.00/child/program    
Theme:  “Let’s Take a Walk”

Outdoor Ages:  6-8
Dates: EachThursday- June 23-July 21st
Times:  AM- 10:00-12:00  or  PM 1:00-3:00
Cost:  $5.00/child/program or $20.00 for all 5
Theme:  “Flying Friends”

Penn’s Adventurers
Ages: 9-12
Dates:  Each Wednesday- July 27-August 10th
Time: 10:00AM-2:00PM
Cost:  $10.00/child/program
Theme:  “Outdoor Skills”
