But the Raiders offense was not limited to running threats. Junior quarterback Jordan Brown connected with a host of receivers, often in key third and long situations. Troy Witt's 65-yard-run in the second quarter and key plays by Jonathan Dorogy, David Hall, Oliver Philogene, Ryan Conn and Joe Duggan contributed to Seneca Valley's yardage.

With 3:22 left in the game, Brown's pass to Hall tied the game 29-29.

The Trojans rallied in the last 120 seconds of play. Erie McDowell's offense and defense seized on Seneca Valley's mistakes. An explosive kickoff return put the Trojans within striking distance of the end zone. They quickly converted it to a touchdown.

The Raiders managed to advance up the field, attempting to even the score. With 11 seconds to go, a Raider pass was intercepted by Drayer and returned for a touchdown.

Final score: 43-29. Seneca Valley will next meet McKeesport at 7:30 p.m. Friday.
