After a silly slip in the house caused me to sprain my ankle and finally realizing it wasn't healing on it's own - a mere 2 weeks before a 2 week vacation that was going to involve a ton of walking - an active runner (friend and client of REV's) recommended that I go see Aimee because she is wonderful. Indeed, she is! I had never visited a physical therapy provided before and was glad that I had someone to provide a referral, as I had no clue what to look for. Aimee was very accommodating to my schedule; I work from home but have jam packed schedules. Each visit was prompt and efficient. We "jumped" right in and I was out and on may way, walking better each time. to help with the at home work I was to perform, Aimee had a one-pager with details and visuals that made it so easy to follow through with the recommended work. After my trip, I returned to complete my treatment as Aimee wanted to make sure that it was healing properly even after the 2 weeks of constant walking that I put on it during my vacation.
Everyone at REV Sports has been great. Frank & their summer PT intern staff do (or did) a great job with the CORE strength classes that they offer. It's great that they offer them at a drop-in rate, as I never know what my evenings will hold. the classes are designed to make the most out of the workout by taking your body through a process to make it work the most for you (my words, not theirs. They can describe it more eloquently!) It's a challenging workout, but you know that you're doing something good, and right. Frank and team will help with your posture, and everything else that comes with during a circuit of challenges.
Massage therapy - the REV team's desire to be there for you doesn't end with their massage therapists. After a hectic week I asked if they had anything available on a Friday evening. I was glad to snatch an appointment at 6pm. YES, 6pm on a Friday. Just the perfect way, for me, to let go of a hectic week...and thanks to their therapist for making it happen and starting his Friday night a little later!
