Check out the houses listed among the region's 50 highest-priced real estate home sales in 2012.

Based on 2012 real estate transactions, 112 Lakeland Drive purchased in Adams ranked No. 23 in the region at $1.375 million.

Ghulam Abbas et ux bought the home, which came just ahead of a $1.077 million purchase at 319 Cambridge Drive in Adams. That purchase by Raymond Drabicki ranked at No. 46.

Real estate purchases in nearby Pine Township, Marshall, Franklin Park and Sewickley also made the top 50, according to the Business Times.
