PennDOT Relocates East Rochester License Center

The center, one of the closest photo and exam locations for Cranberry area residents, is moving to Beaver Falls

PennDOT announced today that its East Rochester Driver License and Photo Center at 149 Stewart Avenue will relocate to a new facility at 2580 Constitution Boulevard at the Chippewa Plaza in Beaver Falls.

The last day of operations at the current location is Saturday, Nov. 17.  The photo center at the new location will open Monday, Nov. 19 and the driver license center will open Tuesday, Nov. 20.

The new driver license center is a larger, updated facility, according to PennDOT. Improvements include more efficient customer flow and additional seating.

The new center also will offer a wide array of driver’s licensing services, including knowledge and on-the-road skills testing, out-of-state driver’s license transfers for new residents and replacement driver’s license and photo ID cards.

Driver license center hours of operation at the new location will be Tuesday through Saturday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:15 p.m. The photo center will be open Monday through Saturday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:15 p.m., with extended hours on Thursdays until 6 p.m.

The East Rochester locations was the closest photo and exam center for Cranberry area residents. PennDOT also has photo and exam centers on Duncan Avenue in Allison Park and the Point Plaza Shopping Center in Butler.

Will miss the center as the workers where just great when you went in for your license needs.
We should have our own license center in Cranberry Township and it would be great to have it on Freedom Road .
