  • Single-lane closures (two lanes open, one lane closed) in both directions from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Warrendale-Bayne Road interchange area. Crews will be installing compression seals, sealing and doing other activities needed to complete the bridge rehabilitation project.

Crews will be working in the median in various locations to install cable guide rail. Restrictions will be lifted at 5 p.m. today because of a Pittsburgh Penguins home game.

The $10 million project includes deck replacements, latex overlays, expansion dam replacements, substructure repairs, bituminous paving, drainage and guide rail upgrades, pavement markings, culvert cleaning and stream restoration and other improvements on several I-79 bridges.
