New residents to be welcomed at Township Expo

Welcoming International Neighbors, an association of Cranberry Township residents interested in helping new arrivals feel comfortable in their adopted community, is sponsoring a New Neighbors Expo on Wednesday, May 11 at the Township’s Municipal Center.  Its goal is to introduce new residents to the resources and services which are basic to settling into their new home town.  The Expo will be held in Council Chambers, in Cranberry Township’s Municipal Center, between 3:00 and 7:00 PM.

All new residents of Cranberry Township and recent arrivals to the United States are welcome to attend to learn more about their new community as well as the essential safety, educational, and cultural services available to them there.  Representatives from Public Safety, Education, Health, Legal, Business and Cultural organizations will be available at the Expo to provide advice and information about their work and how it affects new residents.  Admission is free.
