Cranberry Seeking More Seasonal Hires

Cranberry Township will host a second job recruitment fair at the Cranberry Highlands Golf Course Clubhouse on Tuesday, March 15, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.  Opportunities include positions with the Golf Course and with the Public Works department.  Public Works jobs vary from 3 to 7 months; Golf Course jobs run 8 to 9 months.

The job fair is informational – intended to provide prospective applicants with background concerning the types of work involved for each position.  Representatives from Cranberry Highlands and Public Works will be on hand to answer questions.  No on-site interviews will be conducted.

Applications for employment must be submitted online at: www.cranberrytownship.org/employment.  Computers will be available at the fair site for anyone wishing to submit their application at that time.

As many as 30 positions will be available at the Golf Course including greenskeeper, golf shop clerk, player services, cart/range attendant, grill server, banquet server, player services, and assistant event coordinator.

Approximately 20 Public Works positions are available as park maintenance laborers for the athletic field and park grounds crews at Graham Park, North Boundary Park, and Community Park.  April to October positions pay $10/hr; May to August positions pay $8/hr.
