Trial Postponed for Wexford Doctor Charged with Inappropriately Touching Female Patients

Thirteen former patients testified Monday against Dr. Thomas Tyma.

Although the prosecution and defense were ready to proceed Tuesday morning, the second day of Dr. Thomas Tyma's nonjury trial was postponed because of scheduling issues.

Common Pleas Court Judge Donna Jo McDaniel postponed the trial because she was presiding over a jury trial in a different case.
