Mars Man Charged with Possession of Child Pornography

Bradley J. Schrott faces up to 10 years in prison.

A Mars man was charged earlier this month with possession of child pornography, said United States Attorney David J. Hickton.

According to an indictment presented to a federal grand jury in Pittsburgh, Bradley J. Schrott, 28, of 100 Crowe Avenue, had still images and videos containing child pornography in his computer graphics files.

Schrott faces up to 10 years in prison, a fine of $250,000, or both. Under the federal sentencing guidelines, the sentence imposed would be based on the seriousness of the offense and prior criminal history.
