Patch readers from towns around the northwest suburbs cast their votes as part of our inaugural "Favorite Things" contest.

After five days of voting, the results are in and the winners have been announced.

In the Sewickley Patch, 108 Ohio River Boulevard, in Leetsdale won the title of best burger.
