Fee: $10/class (package discounts available)

Learn to remove some of the physical and mental tensions we experience in our daily lives with this beginner/intermediate level Tai Chi class. Tai Chi is meditation in motion, the practice of moving tension-less and calm. Class participants will be  introduced to an easy-to-learn, introductory set of Tai Chi hand techniques, stances and footwork.

Please Note: T’ai Chi is a standing and constantly moving exercise, albeit very slow moving, that incorporates entirely unique postures. All registrants should check with their Primary Care Physician before starting  this or any new exercise regimen. Wear comfortable clothing and a pair heavy socks.
