Communicating Across Cultures: Bridging the Communication Gap

You encounter people from diverse cultural backgrounds on a daily basis – at work, at the grocery store or on the phone. But do you really understand how to effectively communicate with them?   

Come to this participative workshop to learn the hidden cultural obstacles that can derail well-intentioned communication and techniques for communicating more clearly, efficiently and effectively with people from other cultures, especially with those who speak English as a second language.
