2nd Annual Pig Roast
You’re invited to join us for our second annual Pig Roast. We’ll be outdoors, roasting pigs, enjoying cold summer salads, beer and snow cones(!).
DATE: THURSDAY, JULY 18
TIME: 6:00 – 9:00 PM
COST: $50 PER PERSON (INCLUDES 6% TAX AND 20% SERVICE CHARGE)

- Slow-roasted whole pigs (which means there will be cracklins!)
- Grilled housemade kielbasa
- White bean salad
- Truffle and creme fraiche potato salad
- Caponata salad
- Housemade rolls
- Housemade BBQ sauce, mustard sauce and salsa verde
- Shaved ice snow cones with housemade syrups
- Assorted desserts and cookies
- Victory Summer Love Ale in an ice-cold keg
