Job duties include answering parts phone calls, assisting customers with their parts needs, placing orders for Caterpillar and Allied parts, using parts manuals, and researching backorders and customer credit statuses. A graduate of a technical school, or relevant working experience is acceptable to the company.

Requirements include mechanical aptitude, familiarity with product lin, customer service skills, intermediate computer and keyboarding skills and abilty to learn new systems.

Recovery Specialist—Coventry, Cranberry

The ideal candidate will assists with all aspects of recoveries service including, but not limited to the following: working duplicate and retro-termination reports, refund and return check processing, stop payment/void processing, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer concerns.
